About the doctor : Dr. Ahmad Omar Hawsawi is a Certified Global Nurse Consultant, Chief Nursing Officer, and keynote speaker with a long-standing executive career dedicated to advancing nursing practice and leading healthcare transformation at system level. He is widely recognized for strengthening high-reliability organizational cultures and driving strategic improvements in patient experience, quality, and safety across complex healthcare environments. His executive expertise encompasses healthcare leadership, nursing workforce development, quality improvement, patient safety accreditation, organizational excellence, and clinical and research bioethics. Dr. Hawsawi holds a PhD in Nursing from MAHSA University, a Master of Nursing from Monash University, and a Master of Bioethics from King Saud University. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FFNM-RCSI), an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program, and a graduate of the International Council of Nurses’ Global Nursing Leadership Institute (GNLI 2023).
