He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management, complemented by multiple professional certifications including CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality), CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety), CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management), and other specialized training such as a Patient Safety and Quality Leadership Fellowship from the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. At JHAH, Mr. Eid leads strategic initiatives to strengthen clinical governance, risk mitigation, and patient safety culture across the organization. Holding a Master’s degree in Quality and Patient Safety from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland. Moreover, Ms. Abir holds certifications from the top three boards in the field of healthcare quality: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), and CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM). She also received a postgraduate diploma in Total Quality Management (TQM) from American University. Through her professional career she led a numerous National and International Accreditations including : CBAHI (Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions), JCIA (Joint Commission International Accreditation), HIMSS (Health Information and Management System Society), CAP (College of American Pathology), CHI (Saudi Council for Health Insurance), Mowaamah, and more. Alongside her experience in quality and accreditation she has expertise in healthcare safety.
